Listening to our athletes on the EWS circuit, we developed a testing protocol to ensure the Enduro Wide can take a beating on the most unforgiving trails without flinching. Our engineers built an impact test rig specifically for the task, then using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) they optimised the material distribution ensuring the strongest rim without incurring a weight penalty.
To better suit the differing needs of each wheel, a front (33mm int.) and rear (31mm int.) specific profile is utilised; designed for compliancy and grip up front, while the back is reinforced to handle high impacts. All HUNT wheels models have to pass our harsh rolling-drum fatigue tests for rider weight limits, please see here for more details. 120kgs is the upper recommended rider weight limit for these wheels. Please include the weight of any luggage in your total rider weight when choosing the correct wheels. If a rider is over 110Kgs then an experienced bike mechanic should check the wheel regularly and it is advisable to use tyres at max 40psi as this will reduce the fatigue on the wheelset.

We carry full spares at very reasonable prices and offer complete support.

Please note we cannot offer refunds on wheels that have suffered from crash damage but do offer a crash replacement discount.
We can supply or fit tubeless tyres (including sealant) to your wheels. The wheels are also designed to work excellently with clincher tyres and tubes. See recommended tyre options below.
Maximum tyre pressure for this rim: up to 2.5" do not exceed 40psi. 2.6 - 3.0" - do not exceed 30psi. Please do not exceed the maximum pressure stated on your tyre.

It is one of our favourite tyres for the most aggressive riding out there. Striking a great balance between speed and grip it is a great option for almost any track out there. The high-volume casing offers maximum braking traction and cornering grip, even in extremely muddy train thanks to the strong shoulder studs and aggressive, open tread design. Ride in dryer conditions? We find that the Magic Mary is perfect for finding traction where other options are simply left behind. |
