If you have received a new product that is damaged, missing items or does not fit your bike/wheels, please submit a ticket here and select "Orders Received" from the drop down.

For technical and warranty support, please select an option from the drop-down box and complete the form to let us know if you need any technical help or assistance with your Hunt wheels. We are always happy to support you and keep you riding.

Please give us as much information as you can, including any pictures, or videos. This will enable us to better help you and get you back out riding as soon as possible.

H_CARE Service

We understand how treasured your new wheels are. For extra peace of mind, we also offer our H_Care service – free lifetime crash replacement parts and repairs. Simply purchase the plan when you buy your wheels, and you can ride easy in the knowledge that should the unthinkable happen, we’ll have you back rolling as soon as possible.

If your wheels are damaged in a crash when riding and you can no longer use them due to the damage we are here to support you.

Crash Replacement Policy

We hope you don’t need this but if you have a crash, we offer a 35% crash replacement discount on all wheels and spares. Please contact us and we’ll do our very best to get you out and riding again as quickly as possible.

60 Day Ride & Return

We are so confident you'll love your Hunt Bike Wheels that we offer a full 60 days to ride them. If at any point during this period you decide they aren’t for you or you’d like to exchange them then we can arrange this for you. Talk to us and we’ll be happy to help.

General Returns

If you have a general return, cancellation, or unwanted item we have a 60 day returns policy. We will process any returns and subsequent refunds within 28 days of receiving the goods.

Warranty

We are riders ourselves and will do everything we can to get you back on the road and are here to support you. We offer a comprehensive 3-year warranty on all HUNT wheels including free returns if wheels need to be inspected. Goods found to have faults outside of normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced (subject to stock availability).
