<h1>Nipples</h1><i>Keeping weight to a minimum, we use hard-anodized alloy nipples. Known for their strength and durability, our nipples won't let you down in the middle of a stage and feature square internal and external heads for ease of maintenance and adjustment. </i>
<h1>Bearings</h1><i>Our precision CNC hubs house double-sealed Revo bearings providing long service intervals. In addition, the free-spinning bearings maintain low levels of friction for an ultra-efficient ride and long life.</i>
<h1>Spokes</h1><i>We have chosen top of the line, triple butted Pillar Spokes with increased reinforcement at the spoke head. Not only are these spokes extremely lightweight, they are also able to provide a greater degree of elasticity when put under increased stress. Whatsmore the spokes feature a different gauge front and rear to further enhanced the tuned nature of Race Enduro.</i>

<h1>Weight</h1><i>Throughout the development of the Proven Race Enduro carbon rim, every aspect of its design was tested for stress and reinforced if necessary. Through this constant testing and revision, Hunt engineers also pinpointed areas where material could safely be removed, to ensure a perfect balance of weight and durability.</i>
<h1>Rim Bed</h1><i>A re-worked rim bed design makes tubeless tyre installation a breeze. At the same time our engineers ensured a large flat area to fend off pinch flats when running lower tyre pressures.</i>

The Purpose _

Tailored to maximise traction and accuracy on the unrelenting stages of the Enduro World Series. Tuned for front wheel comfort and precision and rear wheel strength and durability. Developed in the UK and Proven around the globe during the 2022 EWS season under Chloe Taylor and Fergus Ryan.

Proprietary front and rear carbon layup and weave, with specific front and rear spoke gauges for a fully tuned carbon wheel system. What sets Race Enduro apart is the tailored front and rear rim carbon layups, each aimed to offer specific ride properties. The front is tuned for comfort, while the rear can withstand impacts and compressions. All this while providing precise control and reducing fatigue during those long EWS stages.

HUNT recommends a 2.4"-2.6" tyre for best performance, tyre widths between 1.9" and 2.8" are also safe to use.   Note: best performance is usually gained by using tyre pressures lower than the maximum, you can see our blog post about this, read here.  Tubeless-ready for lower weight and rolling resistance.  Only use tyres marked as compatible with hookless (TSS) rims.  You must not exceed the maximum tyre pressure limits set out in the table below or the maximum limit set by your tyre manufacturer if this is lower.

Stated wheel weights: Our stated wheel weights reflect the wheelset only; without rim tape, tubeless valves or disc brake lock rings, as is industry standard. A 3% variance (lower or higher) in total system weight is normal for wheelset manufacturing.

All HUNT wheels models have to pass our harsh rolling-drum fatigue tests for rider weight limits, please see here for more details. Max system weight 135 kg (system weight : total weight of fully kitted up rider, bike and luggage). If a rider is over 125Kgs then an experienced bike mechanic should check the wheel regularly.
