<h1>Aerodynamicist Rim Profile</h1><i>As learned from our Limitless Research project & consistent wind tunnel time across the past 2 years, we know that an optimum aerodynamic benefit for a drop-bar bike is yielded from widening rim profiles. The reasons for this is that it allows for a far more 'blunted' spoke bed area, which (depending on which part of the wheel you're looking at) is both the leading and trailing edge. </i>
<h1>Freehub Body</h1><i>Featuring a 3 multi-point pawls with 3 teeth each and a 48 tooth ratchet ring results in an impressively low 7.5 degree engagement angle and excellent resistance to wear under heavy loads. The Sprint freehub has strong individual pawl springs which engage quicker. There is also a Steel Spline Insert re-enforcement to provide excellent durability against cassette sprocket damage often seen on standard alloy freehub bodies</i>

These butted blade aero spokes are lighter but also provide a greater degree of elasticity to maintain tensions longer and add fatigue resistance. Introducing the Team-Edition HUNT 44 Aerodynamicist Carbon Disc Wheelset, created to celebrate the strength, speed, and style of women’s UCI Continental Team Coop-Hitec Products, and commemorate their selection for the 2023 Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. This special edition wheelset features the names of the start and finish towns integrated into the recognizable HUNT spoke graphic, encapsulating the essence of the team's journey through the eight-stage race.

The 44 Aerodynamicist Carbon Disc features HUNT’s Aerodynamicist rim profile, engineered and wind tunnel tested in-house. The mid depth wheel weighs in well under 1500 grams, while offering tangible aero benefit and excellent stability in crosswinds, making it an outstanding all-around road riding and racing wheel, as well as one of the favorites among the riders on Team Coop-Hitec Products. Every second counts at the Tour, so naturally the Sprint SL hubs are loaded with CeramicSpeed bearings to ensure no speed is sacrificed.

All HUNT wheels models have to pass our harsh cobbled-rolling-road tests for rider weight limits, please see here for more details. Max system weight 125kg (system weight – total weight of fully kitted up rider, bike and luggage). If a rider is over 105Kgs then an experienced bike mechanic should check the wheel regularly and it is advisable to use tyres at max 90psi as this will reduce the fatigue on the wheelset. We are cyclists ourselves and do of course go above and beyond to offer excellent service if you ever do experience any issues. We carry full spares at very reasonable prices and offer complete support.
